Jennifer L. Eldridge

Experience

Ms. Eldridge was instrumental in Nantucket Island’s successful challenge of the Sconset Beach Nourishment Project. She organized and represented the interests of the local fishermen and led a public awareness campaign of the environmental impacts of beach nourishment. She also assisted in organizing a citizens’ coalition whose efforts ultimately resulted in a town vote against the project and withdrawal of the permit application.

Prior to the Collins Law Group, Ms. Eldridge successfully represented corporations and individuals in southern and central Florida as a civil defense litigator in the fields of insurance coverage, bad faith, fraud, and fire/theft litigation. She also practiced real estate, land use, and corporate law on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts.
